Sup.

First things first: I fell in love one summer in Italy with Italy, I'm one of those crazy people who love running just as much as pizza, and I don't have favorites...all about equality here.

I am originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, but I currently hang in Los Angeles after landing a job doing all-things-advertising. Growing up, I was involved in musical theater programs. All those musicals, plays, and performances drove me to be a fairly dramatic person, so the world of marketing seemed like a solid fit.

I consider myself an introverted extrovert. I love people, but I also love time alone to just think and be creative.

I'm grateful to work at Laundry Service - AKA - I work every day with people cooler than I am.

What's your vision?

For the longest time, I had written in my room, “Never stop growing, never stop learning.” I guess erasing it was either giving up or a sign of cleanliness. Either way, I still believe this mindset is vital to a life well lived.

I’m not afraid of comfortably, but rather of complacency. To be stagnant is to digress. If I could gain anything from life, it would be to grow. I find myself restless in a good way when I stumble on something that drives me to be passionate, and I crave that more than most things in life.

When your passion drives your work, your job loses the title of a job; paid or unpaid, and it becomes a joy. I hope I bring positivity not only to the photos I take, but also to the people I have the honor to work with.

What’s something on your bucket list?

A short-term goal on my list is to skydive. Not deep, I know, but I don't do well jumping off a diving board so why not jump out of a plane, right...?

I've had the opportunity to travel a lot, but my next stop (hopefully) is Paris. I know it's completely cliché, but I took a couple years of French to get really good at Google translate, so I'd like to try out my skills while eating really colorful macaroons at some bakery overlooking the Eiffel Tower.

A long-term goal of mine is to eventually write a book. I have journals filled with thoughts, ideas, expectations, and ambitions that virtually date back to when my greatest wish was to see a Barbie jeep under the Christmas tree. I have always loved writing, and one day I hope that my journey will inspire others to live a life fulfilled as well.

So - I guess that just means never missing out on spontaneous adventures, good conversation, even better food, and loving others well.

If you could switch lives with one person for a day...

Aaand I'm back to the favorites complex. How can I pick just one??

1. Kate Middleton - a day would be plenty of time to figure out her workout routine and the scoop with what's ACTUALLY going on with Meghan and Harry.

2. I would also love to be Jennifer Lawrence for a day, just to see if her quirky hilariousness is all for show or if she is actually that funny and awkward at home alone too.

3. And I guess if I could have Beyoncé’s vocal chords, I would be content and maybe even put out an unannounced album and make millions in a day, idk.

4. But if I could go back a few decades, I would love to live a day in the life of Katharine Hepburn. She said once, “Life is to be lived. If you have to support yourself, you had better find some way that is going to be interesting, and you don’t do that by sitting around.”

I find that kind of female confidence and drive intriguing and inspirational.

So there ya go, a little insight to my story. Hopefully I inspired you to pursue yours a little more.
